Prof. Dr. Tanzila Saba, Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia, IEEE Senior Member, ACM, AIS & AAAI Member
Dr.Tanzila Saba received her PhD degree in Document’s Information Security and Management from Faculty of Computing Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2012 and won the best student award in the Faculty of Computing UTM 2012. She received the Unesco, TWAS and HEC scholarships for outstanding research output. Currently, she is serving as an IS Associate Chair in College of Computer and Information Sciences Prince Sultan University. Her focused research area is Machine Learning including health informatics, text mining, forensic documents analysis & security. She has published more than 100 research articles and around 90 research papers are Scopus/ISI/SCIE indexed. Due to her excellent research achievement, she is included in Marquis Whoâ’s Who 2012. She has been awarded the Outstanding Research Recognition award consecutively for 2014, 2015 & 2016 in Prince Sultan University. Dr.Tanzila is the leader of Machine Learning Research Group at Prince Sultan University.

Prof. Meng Joo Er, Dalian Maritime University, China, IEEE Senior Member

Meng Joo Er (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree (with Hons.) in electrical and electronic engineering and M.Eng. degree in control engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from the Australian National University, Canberra, ACT, Australia, in 1992. He is currently the Chang Jiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and the Director of the Research Institute on Artificial Intelligence, School of Marine Electrical Engineering, Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China. He was a Professor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 1992 to 2020. He has authored six books, 21 book chapters, and more than 500 refereed journal and conference papers achieving a total citation count of more than 13 000 and an h-index of 55 in Google citations.,Prof. Er was bestowed the Web of Science Top 1% Best Cited Paper and the Elsevier Top 20 Best Cited Paper Award in 2007 and 2008, respectively. He won the Institution of Engineers, Singapore Prestigious Engineering Achievement Award in 2011 and 2015. He was bestowed the Amity Researcher Award in 2018 for his outstanding and significant contributions in robotics and automation. He received the Best Paper Award at the International Automatic Control Conference 2016, the Best Presentation Award at the IEEE-sponsored International Conference on Intelligent Control, Power and Instrumentation 2016, the Best Presentation Awards at the IEEE-sponsored International Conference on Intelligent Autonomous System in 2018, 2019, and 2021, and the Best Presentation Award at the 2021 6th International Conference on Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering. On top of this, he has more than 70 awards received at international and local competitions. He currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for two international journals, namely, Transactions on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and the International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications. He also serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics- Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Asian Journal of Control, Evolving Systems, ETRI Journal, International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing, and International Journal of Business Intelligence and Data Mining. He served as the Founding Director of the Renaissance Engineering Programme and an Elected Member of the NTU Advisory Board from 2009 to 2012. He served as a member of the NTU Senate Steering Committee from 2010 to 2012.

Prof. Nebojša Bačanin-Džakula, Singidunum University, Serbia
Nebojsa Bacanin received his first Ph.D. degree in 2014 from the domain of applied computer science, and second Ph.D. degree from Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade in 2015 (study program Computer Science, average grade 10,00). He started University career in Serbia 15 years ago at Graduate School of Computer Science in Belgrade. He currently works as an associate professor and as a Vice-Rector for Scientific Research at Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia. He teaches 16 courses on bachelor, master and Ph.D. studies from the domain of computer science.
He is involved in scientific research in the field of computer science and his specialty includes stochastic optimization algorithms, swarm intelligence, soft-computing and optimization and modeling, as well as artificial intelligence algorithms, swarm intelligence, machine learning, image processing and cloud and distributed computing. He has published more than 100 scientific papers in high quality journals and international conferences indexed in Clarivate Analytics JCR, Scopus, WoS, IEEExplore, and other scientific databases, as well as in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science and Procedia Computer Science book chapters. He has also published 2 books in domains of Cloud Computing and Advanced Java Spring Programming.
He is a member of numerous editorial boards, scientific and advisory committees of international conferences and journals. He is a regular reviewer for international journals with high Clarivate Analytics and WoS impact factor such as Journal of Ambient Intelligence & Humanized Computing, Soft Computing, Applied Soft Computing, Information Sciences, Journal of Cloud Computing, IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Review, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, Knowledge-based Systems, Future Generation Computer Systems, Computer and Information Sciences, SoftwareX, Neurocomputing, Operations Research Perspectives, etc. In 2020 he was designated by prestigious Stanford University list as top 2% researchers in the world.
